Book "The Secrets of the Warrior"
Francisca Hernández is a writer and author of three books , short stories, and scientific and general-education articles. She also works as an editor for magazines and books, and proofreads theses and research.
His most recent work is The Secrets of the Warrior: Martial Wisdom Found Along the Way (2024, Versalita Editions).

2. The peculiar characteristics of the warrior.
3. The spiritual background of combat.
4. The methodology or way of learning martial arts.
5. A reflection on the tradition, legacy and evolution of martial arts.
6. The vision of "emptiness" in the struggle and, by extension, in life .
When practicing and studying martial arts, we follow three paths : one ancestral, one personal, and a third, which prepares us for when we are no longer in this life. First, all martial arts are tied to a context, to a historical-philosophical anchor (a way of understanding the world) and, therefore, to a conceptual and principled background. Second, all martial arts only exist to the extent that they are embodied by a practitioner, who cultivates the spirit of the technique and actualizes it, that is, makes it current and present. And finally, the third path: all martial arts, in one way or another, prepare us for death, for the dichotomy of winning or losing, living or dying.
